A Lunch @ Dengkil Town

Dengkil town has become a popular place for lunch especially for people working in Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and the surrounding vicinity. Restoran Dengkil Seafood is one of the good places for good food.

The captain recommended us a braised stuffed duck with herbal sauce in aluminum foil. The duck was stuffed with salted egg york, chestnuts, mushroom but the meat didn't look good. Some parts of the meat was reddish in colour as if it was an injured bird.

A cuisine specially prepared for the festival mood of Chinese New Year.

A simple stir fried Kai Lan stem which was interesting. The bites were crunchy and delicious.

The main course of our lunch was this Sultan fish, steamed simply with soy sauce. It was fresh and yummy. The fish scales were edible just like hard jelly.
