Hakka Restaurant KL a Nice Place to Dine & Remember

This is the restaurant where we had our wedding dinner back in 1990, December 8 to be exact. The restaurant during that time was located at Jalan Bukit Bintang in an old & huge bungalow house.

Whenever I come back to this eating place, I will always remember 8 December 1990 it was such a memorable night in deed.

Mui Choy Kow Yok is a typical Hakka cuisine which is a braised pork belly with preserved veggie. This is one dish which you can see in most tables.

Kangkung Belacan – Morning Glory veggie stir fried with prawn paste. The strong aroma of belacan was interesting and the taste was simple and great.

Hakka Restaurant does serve simple home cooked food such as Hakka Yong Tau Foo, we had this fried Tofu stuffed with meat paste and it was gorgeous.

Pan fried Cod fish was deliciously tasty with nice flagrant. Everyone loves this.

A dish of Marmite deep fried pork rib ordered to supplement those meat lovers.

Hakka Restaurant serves very good Cantonese fried noodle.

I love this traditional Hakka Abacus beads it was succulent and cleverly fried with fine slices of mushroom and meat.
