Restoran 99 @ Berkeley Garden, Klang

A popular restaurant at Taman Berkeley, Klang called Restoran 99. We were gamed for an exciting dinner where Mr. Tan brought his own fresh 4.5kg grass carp fish (Wan Yee) and fresh Udang Galah to the restaurant for dinner.
A decent place for "Tai Chow" and last call is 9.45pm by then the workers will be busy cleaning up the restaurant for tomorrow's business. Not so good for those long sitting diners.

The fish (head portion only) was done in 2 tastes. Assam curry and steam with finely fresh chopped ginger and a bit of preserved beans. And both were excellent.
I mean excellently yummy yummy to this extent.
I enjoyed the udang galah prawn, it was fresh, tender and succulent. I like the bouncing bite of this prawn.
Stir fried Kangkung with belacan & delicious thin slices of soy sauce belly meat.

The satisfied eating patrons of the night. And thank you again Mr. Tan for organising this outing.
